Rooster has a bubble on his butt and something sticking out please help

Thanks he is a red quill game rooster. I crossed 1/8 pumpkin in his line and bred pure red quill back and he is a 3rd gen. He is 2yr old and very gentle and great looking I really hate to loose him and if continues to act fine and not get any worse I will just see what happens in time
