Rooster has a bubble on his butt and something sticking out please help

He is already separated and is on a 16%feed. I didnt get a pic of the white rubbery object. U cant tell anything from a whole pic of the rooster even if its taken from the back side. And the poop is a watery grey looking color. The poop has an extreme smell of death to it. I wormed him and all the birds on my yard maybe two weeks before this happened with agrimectin 12drops straight out the bottle down the beak and none of my other birds have had any issues

I agree with @rebrascora a smell of death sounds like infection.
Is the swelling going down at all with treatment?

What does the poop look like now?

I'm going to move all my pins and spray them down with bleach 50/50 water. Im going to soak him in the next couple of hours after i get pens sprayed and moved. And I will upload pics of him before the soak and after the soak. The swelling is about the same but the smell is almost completely gone. Still going to apply the Preparation H internally and externally. This is now day 3 of this ongoing problem

These are picture of him before being cleaned, him taking a soak in Epsom salt water for 15min, him after the soak, him after the Preparation H was applied, and him in his cage after it was moved and sprayed with 50/50 bleach water, and what his poop looks like that was cleaned off. Let me know what yal think.
