Yep. :th We kinda agreed on a 5 year plan when we bought it. But then we got some terrible neighbors again that make seriously disturb my peace. I don't think I can live here another 3 years without losing my freaking mind. Screaming and fighting, guy that beats the living outta the woman...

It's slow going but considering he's done everything by himself it's pretty impressive what he's accomplished in 2 years to be honest.

Everything is just a mess. Steel prices are double or triple in price now. It's to the point the guys can't hary bid a job without taking a chance on losing money cause the price may jump before they even order the stuff for the job. And that's if they can get anyone to deliver material or...

Forget the rental...it was serving as a good privacy block. I wanted it left there until I could move. Had to put up more privacy fence to keep myself and the dog from going insane. There went some More money.

Nope... that is my dumb ass. 🤣 Well. The hubby has done a LOT of work cleaning it all up. We are to a point now we can start getting some windows put in if we can ever afford it, and then start construction on building us a bathroom/laundry room. We do have power and water out there now...
