It's slow going but considering he's done everything by himself it's pretty impressive what he's accomplished in 2 years to be honest.

We kinda agreed on a 5 year plan when we bought it. But then we got some terrible neighbors again that make seriously disturb my peace. I don't think I can live here another 3 years without losing my freaking mind.
Screaming and fighting, guy that beats the living outta the woman, drugs, loose dogs constantly. It's insane.
