Just told hubby we need to build a bigger coop

Construction starts tomorrow!!
We are going from a 4'x8'to an 8'x8'coop!

Here's a pic of our current coop!
It sits in a 27'x27'run

I really should have!
My ladies all get along...
But I'll admit there wont be adequate space in the coop for them as they grow!

At 16wks and 14wks it's time to make it bigger...

I can't make it any bigger then 8x8 but that will be a good space for the ladies.

Had to go pick up a little bit of lumber that we don't have laying around!!

I am so excited to build this up today!! The ladies definitely deserve it!

Lol just chop out the wall with a sawzall, awesome.
Dunno what the plan is for the roof but for minimal work maybe just mirror the angled roof and put a ridge cap over the seam
