Hi, I'm in Florida, I've raised a few of the Ocellated every year for the past 6 years, I'm hoping this will be my best year so far.

How much do they cost to buy and how hard are the to have reproducing?

ocdman-- I'm really curious as I have seen two photographs of the ocelated birds, at least that was the identifying name to the pic. One was the deep rich tones of the bird you posted in your first post and another pic showed a bright medium metallic blue. It is phase, or effect of the lighting . . . .?

Are you near Venice by any chance??
