How do you sprout BOSS?

You soak them overnight with water covering them and place them in the dark. Next day rinse and set in a sunny window. Start a new one soaking. Rinse the next morning place in the window. Do this for about 5 days on the 5th day you can feed the first jar. These all need rinsed 2 times a day. So i always rinsed morning and night.

What other way besides sprouting can I prepare BOSS seeds. I just hate for the ladies to fill their crops with the seeds. Are their any other hacks with sunflower seeds besides sprouting?
