Storing for incubation

Good afternoon,

I am a classroom teacher and will be receiving orpington buff duck eggs on Friday. I would like to wait to put the eggs in the incubator on Monday so that they are not hatching on a Friday or over the weekend. Could I put them in the incubator with the temp set at 60 degrees?

What is the room temp where they will be stored.
