I had almost gotten a Ayem Cemani roo before getting my black copper Maran roo, he was a little too old for my girls at the time though. But I WILL have one.... one day.

My Ayam Cemani's are young but was wondering there temperament? Ive heard they are easy going and was just wondering. Mine are just 4-5 weeks and I've been making sure everyday they are handled as they are extremely skittish compared to my other breeds!

Of my experience every chick has a skittish stage and that age is the skittish stage! I love the Ayam Cemani has a friendly temperament! The are always on alert!
