I just lost one of my hens who was 7. It’s bittersweet losing an old one, because you’re sad to see them go, but happy they lived so long.

So sorry you lost him! I had to put down the one that got petroleum poisoning.

I have some rather unfortunate news.

We lost one of the bb red cocks last night/early this morning.
I think he passed of old age.

Here he is, R.I.P buddy. You were a good boy.

Okay everyone, here's a little update on my eggs in the incubator.

My big 53 eggs round is still doing pretty good, considering. I candled last night and i have 38 egg alive and looking great. 10 crele, 12 bb reds, and 16 cross colors.

I also put 22 eggs in my other incubator today, as well. I put in 14 bb reds, and 8 cross colors.

My serama eggs are ding good too. There's 7 looking fantastic. I had 3 infertile eggs and 2 quitters.
