ISO: Cream Legbar, Black Copper Maran hatching eggs- Beaumont TX

I pulled a few eggs from the front of the incubator to spot candle and saw chicks moving. Pretty cool..

Last candling today. One BCM was a dud. The rest looked ok but the dark eggs are really hard to tell. Next weekend is hatch time.

One of the OE was pipped! Friday is day 21

My last hatch, under a broody, started pipping at day 18 and all hatched by day 20. Can’t wait to see the little chicks!

Cream legbars and Olive Egger/Americanas are hatching

The Marans are pipping and silverrudds blues can’t tell.

If you’re interested in a trade for some hatching eggs, my dad makes the best egg candler! When you use it with a pen light, shining down into the air sac, you can see pretty clearly. Even inside the blue/green eggs. I’ll attach some photos to show you.
