They probably just ordered Sapphire Gems from a hatchery, and one turned out to be an albino.

Yep, that's what happened. Not sure if that's a good thing or noy. Sure, its neat, but at six weeks it already had bad eyesight. Hatchery mightaput it there just so they didn't have to deal with it
