Is there such thing as an albino chicken?

There are lots of breeds of white chickens. Some have white skin and legs (others have yellow or black skin, and legs may match the skin or be green or blue.) Eyes will be whatever color is normal for chicken eyes, usually something orange or red looking.

"Albino" with no pigment at all would be very rare, and it looks like they tend to have health problems--no idea how to get one.

Yea was chatting to a guy who breeds leghorns he said something like 1 in every 4000 chicks he might get an albino chick and has only ever had 1 make it to 6 months in his 5 years breeding them
