Brooder only getting up to 80.2* - now new problem, see second page

Thanks, everyone. I have the heat bulb now and the Silkie chick thanks so much to MeettheFlockers! Things seem to be cooling down a little in there as far as aggression goes--just a few little tiffs here and there. I've also added 1/2tbsp sugar to the water.
