They will be 15 pounds at around 15-16 weeks. They are full grown around 16-18 weeks and still tender and juicy. I have a whole thread on them. The eggs do not ship well. I do not get a great hatch rate with them and shipping just knocks them in the teeth. I have a waiting list for birds, but...
