I either use that, or maple syrup. Mule day was last Saturday over in cavalry, but their syrup tastes different, they don't cook it the same way. Most pancake syrup has high fructose corn syrup as the first or second ingredient.

not to far away from me, I'm in Ochlocknee, just above Thomasville. we have old south day Saturday, need to restock my cane syrup . They have a big old fashioned crusher and cooker making it fresh, you get it still hot

I have a trio, birchen rooster and hen, plus abrown red (gold birchen) hen. No eggs right now though, they are molting. As are most of they birds. I've made so many cakes these past two weeks, I've had to buy eggs. And I've got about 6 dozen cupcakes to do this weekend.

You could always just get more hens. (Chicken math )

How long have you had the hens? You said they are new, it may be from thier old rooster. Hens can "hold" sperm about 3 weeks.
