Help! How can I protect my chickens bald neck!!!

I have had good luck with BluKote spray on reddened or picked skin. It stains everything blue and it fades, so it has to be reapplied every couple of days. Pine tar also works well for an anti peck cream. Watch their behavior to see if they are just being mean to her, or if one is a bully. Pinless peepers are a device for the bully to wear, and she won’t be able to see her target, but may find her food and water just fine.

I used some purple no pick cream earlier, so I'll see if that help at all.
