WHY ROOSTERS

I have a rooster, but the HOA after 21 years or so decided to make a rule against them. (One neighbor. But they don't enforce any rules.) I do keep 'Dizzy' in the coop in the mornings, and if he crows during the day I put him back in his coop. (Complaints were during the morning hrs.) I hope I don't get any complaints because he is a sweety!

I would like to know the outcome of this. I'm thinking of moving to Sequim and I'd like a few girls, not a huge poultry farm but I'd like to know what the ordinances are. Thanks for anyone who knows.
