Some questions for someone who bred budgies before

Hi, I will breed my budgies soon, just few questions
Can baby budgies live with parents in same cage?
Can I remove nest box after week 5 and place plastic container on bottom of cage with chicks in it to prevent second clutch?

Yes, they can. But usually one parent starts fighting with them to breed again with it's mate so I normally keep the budgies only with their mom. The father sometimes tries to mate with his chicks, which'll hurt them so I separate the father usually.

Week 5? Within week 5 a baby budgie should usually be out of the nest box.

Remove the nest box as fast as possible. Remove the last chick forcefully from the nest box if it's staying in there for too long.

You can keep them all together once box is removed. I kick my chicks out of the box as soon as they have full flights if they can fly they can eat so no need for a box
