I just try my best to remember that nothing in nature is perfect. Hens usually get off the eggs at least once a day, one hen may have a slightly warmer/cooler body temp, etc. Heck, I have heard of people have chickens quit sitting on the eggs for 12+ hours just to put them in an incubator for them to hatch without issue. Eggs are a lot tougher than a lot of people give them credit for. I am not saying to let your incubator fluctuate between 95 and 105 in a single day, just it is ok to have a 0.2* difference
