Quail problems

I’m a quail breeder my quails have dead toes can some pls help!

I sent them to vet yesterday

I gave them their medicines
They seem healthier but the dead skin is not going
Will I put vinegar ?

I suggest you start your own thread in the Health forum. You will get better suggestions there. I would not use vinegar on a wound.

Try posting a thread in quail. Random people on random threads aren't going to really know what to tell you. You say you're working with a vet? Ask your vet.
