It depends on the day of incubation. See attached pdfI have a very special egg in the bathroom and power went out. The temp it already down to 95f . It's 730 and powerpoint not suppose to be on till 12. What do I do?
Wow!On my last hatch we experienced a 7 hour power outage at day 15. I wrapped the incubator in blankets and stayed up until the power came back on and temp was stabilized. All eggs hatched.
That’s a great idea!I read a while back same thing happened to someone else go in your car and turn up heat as high as you can
I wouldn’t worry too much if you get the heat back up they will be fine. I have hatched a lot of batches and had my temp go down to even 80 esp at lockdown time when you need to raise humidity. It won’t kill them as long as it doesn’t stay that way very longI read a while back same thing happened to someone else go in your car and turn up heat as high as you can
The person who had their electricity go out and used the car for heat ended up hatching their eggs out okay. That’s a great idea!
yeah and their eggs hatched. I looked up what to do Incase that happened to me when I was incubating. Or take them to someone you know house that still has electricity with the car heat up lolThat’s a great idea!
