NPIP Certification with Goats and Biosecurity

I am looking into getting my NPIP certification this year. I have goats within close proximity to my one chicken pen. How do you all handle the care of your goats and chickens while maintaining biosecurity?

I am aware of cryptosporidiosis. Are there other transmittable diseases that I should worry about.

Is this going to be an issue during my npip certification?

The only thing NPIP tests for is pullorum typhoid...there are “add one” you can do for AI and MS/MG here in MN where I live.
