My chickens have gotten colds from time to time, however this seems to be lasting longer than usual.

My naked neck turken has had a cold for the last couple of weeks. I kept thinking it would go away and it hasn't. She just sneezes occasionally, but this morning when I let the chickens out of the coop her sneezes seemed more intense. Her demeanor hasn't changed at all and she continues to eat and drink.

Ideas? Any cures?

Hi. I would isolate him or her first. Then give her some duramyacin. It comes in a packet about the size of your hand and is in powder form. It mixes in with their water and looks like mountain dew with a little foam. The whole packet is around $5. It takes very little mixed in with the water and comes with instructions of teaspoons per gallon. It had the antibiotic tetracyclene in it. Try the local feed store then the vet. God Bless your chicken.
