The best way to accomplish this is to get chick shipped to you and raise them how you please.

I am going to raise some chicks in March (Easter Egger, Egyptian Fazoumis, Lakeside Egger (blue eggs), Speckled Sussex and light brown Leghorn) if you want to wait. I am about 3.5 to 4 hours from you.
