Is this normal

Hello! I just got a batch of chicks, and one of my Jersey giants is standing stooped like this. Is this normal?

Not really. When did you get them? Where did you get them? How hot is that tub? What's their food?

I got them from rural king, their food is home fresh starter, we got them literally an hour ago, and we have yet to set up a thermometer but we have a heat lamp about a foot above then

I'm unfamiliar with that kind of pose unless it means they're too hot.

Are they able to get out from under the lamp? If it's too warm they won't feather out properly.
