Is this more than just dirty butt?

Is this more that just dirty butt or is she contracted something else? She pretty much acts normal. Been going on for several months now.

First thing I'd do is give her a bath and wash it off. You can trim the feathers around/below the vent, and that might keep "stuff" from accumulating there.
