I have two broody ducks and all of there duck eggs disappeared, then somehow replaced with my silky chicken eggs, but they won’t raise the chicks they want ducklings, then i have 2 other ducks about a week and a half behind the first two with insanely large clutches. Could i take some of the viable eggs and put it under the first two. they are always super determined and refuse to get off until there ducklings are hatched. so i’m confident if i do they won’t abandon them. But i also don’t know if it is a good idea.

Ducks especially my Muscovy don’t care how many eggs they have to brood on as long as they have eggs.
