Hens wont lay!!!!

They do not free range but I guess its possible there getting ate but I had looked for evidence of that and found nothing unless they eat everylast thing do they???

Very nice pics, they do look quite young and combs dont look really big.
Also the blue tarp has totally freaked my chickens out especially if it flaps in wind, could be the same for yours! they wont lay eggs if they think it wont be safe for their' young as they think they are going to lay eggs for themselves and not you!!
Try canvas if possible. just a thought!!
Have you tried to place a fake egg in box.
