I would isolate her and put her in a dog kennel with a blanket over top asap.Put a dog bowl dish in there.Marbles can be put in there to prevent drowning. It sounds like she has Wry neck which is usually caused by a vitamin e deficiency or a head trauma.I would try straightening the neck often with your hand.Foods high in vitamins E includes eggs and tuna and sunflower seeds any of those will help her.If you can pick up vitamin packs for poultry at a local feed store that would be great.
