Help. Chicken very sick and pooping maggots!

Hello. My elderly buff orpington has been having some issues.

Last week I noticed yolk coming out of her behind... There's been a couple of shellless eggs too. She's had a pretty muckky butt this week.

This morning she's all hunched up and has poop all over her. It's coming out like brown water and when she poops maggots fall out. She literally is dripping poop when she walks.

What can I do for her?

I don't have pics of the maggots, there were some with that splat on the deck but the other hens ate them up

I believe she's got fly strike. It'll eventually kill her if maggots aren't removed.

Poopy bottoms attract flies, flies lay eggs on messy chicken butt, & maggots hatch, then start eating away at the birds flesh.

First you wanna trim away the butt feathers, & bathe her.

@Eggcessive, may be able to help give further instructions.
