i cant get my phone to open the site but that is probably the wifi here

It's a global setting, and posting is limited to 1 post per 30 seconds. This can be configured on a "per group" basis to allow members of that user group to bypass the flood check.

This is an anti-spam setting.

I just changed it from 30 seconds to 5 seconds
