Fly fishing feathers?

Do any of you sell feathers for fly fishing? If so, what kind of feathers do you use? Is it the down feathers or others? Are there certain breeds that are the only ones good for this or could it be just any breed?

If you do sell feathers for this purpose, how much do you usually charge?

It is the hackle or saddle feathers of a rooster that are used, some breeds are better than others. Often, there is a certain area of skin cut off (after butchering, of course) with the feathers still attached which is used.

As for the feathers.....No..I dont, Nor do i know anyone who does.
