European Starlings for Sale

Does anyone have any out in Colorado? Or know where to get some around here?
Where in CO are you? They aren't protected by the migratory bird act so you can always put up some boxes and maybe get lucky with a nest, the ones in WA often make multiple nests per year so they will have 2-3 broods a summer given the chance. If you plant a few berry bushes you'll definitely get someone to check you out.

Hi, I recently lost my starling and would like another one if there’s one that needs a home.

Hi everybody,

I have a small number of captive bred European Starlings for sale. Right now they are about 4 weeks old and just starting to eat on their own while still taking hand feedings. They are fully feathered and flighted and eating a diet of moistened kitten kibble and ground corn.

I pull all the babies at 7 days and hand feed them to make sure they imprint on people. These guys are affectionate, smart, playful, (loud), and should make great talkers as their parents are always chatting away, and even learn phrases from each other.

Starlings are not covered by the federal Migratory Bird Act and 100% legal to keep when captive bred and banded.

These guys are $100 a piece, plus shipping if applicable.

Do you have any available

I am looking for one of these. where are you located? can they actually ship them?

I’m surprised people are searching for starlings. They nest every year in my carport along with sparrows. Inevitably several chicks will fall out of the nests.
