Egg hatched this morning, stuff stuck on chicks’s neck.

The first egg out of my incubator hatched this morning! But when I looked at the chick, I saw all this… weird hard stuff on the back of it’s neck? It’s sort of yellow/orange and white. The chick seems healthy otherwise, it’s walking around and for just hatching a few hours ago it’s fairly active. I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the stuff on it’s neck? Is it an issue? Should I try and wet it and take it off or will it fall off on it’s own. Anything helps, thank you!

It look's like the inner skin type lining on the inside of the shell. You should be able to take it off ok. If any stick's too bad, just wet the area with a clean finger you dipped in water to help loosen it.
