Hi there. I am raising 3 ducklings. And they are about 8 to 10 days old. I am really anxious on what if I do something wrong while raising them. I keep checking them after every 5 minutes.... Nvm let's get to the question
I don't think my duckling poop is normal
I am giving him feed that I got from a shop where I got these ducklings
The shop owner didn't seem to know much about them
So please tell me what should I give them on daily basis
Rn it's just gritty feed and the poop is 80 percent exactly as it was given
Like I feel like most of the feed comes out as it is and not digested
Someone help me on this
And see the poop

Also I have another question
One of my yellow duck her bottom part from where she drops feaces, it's brown
Like dark brown
It looks very uncommon or maybe it's just me overthinking
And he keeps scratching it
He scratches it too much
I'm not sure if it's something to be concerned about

Yes, please take a picture of the feed. This does not look normal.

That's not duckling feed. Can you get chick feed or duck feed where you are?

I'm not sure about the ingredients in it. I'm from India. Here are local feed stores but I feel like the people selling these don't really know which feed is best for them. Maybe they only want to make money . That's shitty
I even tried asking that do I have to change their feed as they grow? And after how many weeks
And he was like you can feed them bread
And we all know that we can't give them bread

Umm if you guys can suggest me a feed name . So I can buy it online from trusted stores
Here is what you'll want to look for there are many brands but this is the feed the starter/grower.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0793FBDV...?aaxitk=a5fd37c79b14540df3d28d12dcbf4451&th=1

or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G1GCSBW?tag=bravesoftwa04-20&linkCode=osi&th=1&psc=1&language=en_US

and if you feed them anything else besdies their crumble they will need this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BVWNZNY...?aaxitk=5e451ef1b0406270537197921b5c7ada&th=1
You put this in a separate container from the feed and they use it as they need it. They know instinctively to use it. Always make sure they have water when eating that is very important and a container that they can dunk their heads into to clean out their noses and eyes.
Here is more info hopefully to help you enjoy your ducklings.

Until you get the right feed can you grind up that food you showed us your going to have to feed them something till you get proper feed for them. And your right bread is not good for them.

Thankyou so much . It helped me a lot...just last question. Should I grind them to very fine powdery substance!?
