It is so hard to let go I had to let 3 dogs go , worst was my Doberman pinscher, she died during our vacation, I drove through the night searching for a vet, when I finally found one, she was already in a coma with a twisted stomach, I still feel so bad whenever I think about her dying a agony

Your dog was gorgeous. I've already loved the look of a Doberman. So sorry you lost her that way. I cannot imagine.

I have had the honor of sharing my life with 23 dogs so far. Hoping for a few more. Every one was precious and so hard to say goodbye to. Most have sent me into a terrible depression. This last time I said no more, but it didn't work out. I cannot imagine a life without dogs as my co-pilot.
