Could Japanese quail eat chopped up earthworms ????

Mealworms are very expensive .....
so i did some digging and found some worms and chopped em up and gave them to my italian male stefan !!! and he loved em.

jst wondered if anyone else had heard of this before ??

Be careful with earthworms and quail. Many times they carry tapeworms and gapeworms. Quail are very suceptable to gape.
