Long story short: I had a very sick 3 wk old chick. Treated with Corid for 5 days. (Ended tx Thursday) Thank you @casportpony !
She now being treated with baby vitamins and started walking again today..even flying a little & is finally drinking on her own as of today. Until today I've given her all her liquid using a dropper. She is a little less than 1/2 the size of the other chicks now and is still in my bathroom. ( I'll worry about reintroducing her to the others later.)
I had enough corid to treat the other 6 chicks too, at 1/2 tsp per gallon of water. None of those have shown any symptoms.
I ordered more Corid because the local stores were out. It should be delivered today.
Questions:
How much powdered corid do I add per gallon of water for an adult flock. I have 35 adults (6 mo to 5 years) from from 2.5lbs to 9 lbs & a 12 lbs (rooster)
Do I treat them for 5 days or longer? Should I repeat treatment later as I would for worms?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Cindy Lou the pint sized chick.
