Got all the cuts for the frame knocked out first.

Over a few days, I got the frames done (and forgot to take photos).

Now we've prepped the ground and laid the base

Walls up tomorrow! But here's the rough draft of the design as a sneak peak:

Looking good so far whew lots of work! Is that one window in the plans enough to give 1 square foot of ventilation for each bird? I have 13 windows in my duck house each is one foot square, because I have 13 ducks :)

The window is just for the looks if I'm being completely honest 😅 I was going to build in ventilation on the back panel, but I'm actually going to do what mowin said and build it in with HC in the triangles on the left and right sides.

Thank you! I was going to build ventilation into the back panel, but your idea makes way more sense than what I was going to do.
Hinge a board on top to adjust the airflow of to keep driving rain out. You can see the panel that is hinged on top just about to window.

Think how the air will flow in your construction. It's always based on the interior shape and obstacles that reside in it. And where the building is facing if you have prevailing winds. Before you decide to place vents in the coop.
