With the blotchier looking iridescent green and the start of the gold on the wing, I could say roo.
But...that comb is nowhere near the development of a BCM rooster comb at 11 weeks. I knew mine at 4 weeks as they typically telecast very early.
One of my pullets developed early and had a comb similar to this one, which worried me, AND she is a "mossy" back with extra red on her back...she also lays the darker egg too now. I thought her possible roo at the time, but she is a lovely hen.
But she doesn't have that amount of iridescent green in blotchier form.
I'd wait it out. If this is a rooster, you'll see more red dynamics coming into those wings, and that comb should take off.
If it is a pullet, then obviously that won't happen, and she may lay a marvelously dark egg for you....oh and my "mossy" back is snotty too.
