Fermentation food recipe

Hello, I’m new to BYC and wondering if anyone would like to share a basic fermentation food recipe. I have a couple of hens I’m trying to help recover from a respiratory illness. Thank you!

You can ferment any food. I just ferment broiler mash for my flock. They also get fed a grower crumble dry.

Fermented food won't help as much as people try to convince you.
You can feed them a grower feed and add rooster booster or chicken vitamins to make a mash.
