Aflacs bleeding more

my Aflac had parasites internally as well as externally I believe so I treated it now I noticed his stool is watery with blood in it his neck on the side towards his stomach has a big bulge X-rays showed nothing today it’s bigger then I’ve ever seen it but he does have a hole in his trachea I was told last year and it’s 20% worse I looked into his but hol for blood but when I did his but hole poodles out weird! Can I put neosporin on his but hole

@aflacmy3rdson I'm sorry that Aflac is not doing well. I don't know much about ducks, so hopefully Kathy can help you with some of your questions.

Can you tell us more about what you mean when you say his vent poodles out weird? Does he have a prolapse?

This is of a chicken that has a prolapse, does his vent have a protrusion similar to this?

If he is prolapsed, you can clean the vent well, soak him in a warm epsom salts bath (don't let him drink the water) then apply an anti-inflammatory cream or hemmoroid cream to help reduce swelling.
