Very informational article on green tea for chickens! I would have never thought of using it on chickens. It's amazing the things it helps build an immunity against for chickens. Article did have a few grammar flaws.
Where is the proof of 100% safety in giving this to chickens? There are too many other healthy things to give them without taking any risks. Appreciate all the detailed info on the tea and benefits of it though!
Fun article!

Use caution when giving chickens tea or coffee...I think they would rather have some meal worms
Green Tea is wonderful for humans, animals we can only guess. There is no data to support the authors premise, like most if not all natural products for chickens. However, tons of interesting information here and very well formatted. I enjoyed reading up on Green Tea~

Green tea has caffeine - about half of what a cup of coffee has. Caffeine contains methylxanthine which I believe is toxic to chickens. Can you check your referenced studies to see if your conclusion is accurate?
Thank you for writing this - but I'd need to see the study before I'd believe its beneficial and not harmful.

Hi , yes we all know green tea contains caffeine but 1-5 ml didn't ever hurt a chicken . I'm currently give my both roosters one with walking backwards issue significantly improved and wherever I read there's no such side effects mentioned because the quantity given to chickens is very less then the human once . I will again check and update soon thank you
