"1. Cut the cauliflower into 1/2 inch strips and place in a bowl, add the yogurt, lime juice, garlic, gnger, curry paste, and paprika. Season well and mix the ingredients together. set aside. (I like to marinate the cauliflower in this mix for a few time)"
