Whether Summer or Winter this boredom buster is one of the best things that I have used in the three chicken generations I've had! It is a great way to entertain them and allow them to have treats at the same time! All you need to have to make this is a empty bottle and oats. Take the bottle and cut holes around all the sides and then put oats in the bottle and put the lid back on. The holes will allow the oats to come out when the chickens start scratching at the bottle causing it to roll. This will allow them to be entertained for most of the day! When the bottle is empty you can take it out of the coop and fill it back up if you'd like.
