Outstanding! I am trying caponizing for the first time this year. So far, I have lost one which I think now may have been a hen. The other two are doing just fine. I really appreciate your attention to the tools. So far I have three incomplete kits and no tweezers in any of them. Its hard to find a good list of the tools needed. Thanks.

Thank you! I noticed it seems there is no "right" set, people tend to use what tools works for them. For me, the curved tweezers are easiest to handle and get the whole "bean" in one shot, and are less risky to the other organs. I'd recommend you continue to try various techniques and see what works best for you
