What's wrong with baby silkie head?

We had another one that looked sorta like this but not this bad at all and it has healed.

She's been pecked. She should heal ok.

Her eyelid is a little swollen from it too. What's something I can help speed up healing process? And is it ok to put a thin layer of triple antibiotic on it to keep it protected from dust?

Separate her in a dog crate with food and water. Spray saline or a wound spray on the wound twice a day. Apply plain antibiotic ointment to the wound until it heals in a few weeks.

Terramycin eye ointment or the Neosporin can go in the eye twice a day after flushing it with saline or eye wash.
