Newborn chick with head turned up??

Ok, I have this newborn/hatched chick and it's head is looking up. It can put it down but it mostly carrys it looking up. My son named it "heads up"

So is it going to get better or will it have to be culled?
Can it's neck be braced to keep it forward?
It is less than 12 hour old...... HELP!!
