Is this Ancona a Rooster?

I'm still thinking pullet. My thinking is, although the tail feathers are curled, there are no pointed saddle feathers that you would expect to see with a roo who is 18+ weeks.

Blakes waddle is HUGE now and his tail is more noticeable. I'm thinking ROOSTER. :/

It may be a girl! One of our ancona's already had a floppy comb @ 18wks the others were not flopped over but pretty large.
